What is the refund policy?
We accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered — as long as the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the item, packaging, and order details to process your claim. Please note that we do not offer refunds for misuse, normal wear, incorrect sizing choices, accidental damage, or carrier delays. Sale items, limited releases, and custom products are generally final sale. If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after a production period of 2–5 business days. Keep in mind that tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear, and if you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Is there international shipping?
SilentSoul is a US exclusive brand and only ships within the United States at this time.
