Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are automatically sent to our professional fulfillment partner immediately after purchase so processing can begin as fast as possible. Most orders are reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business day(s). During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been submitted, we begin fulfillment quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible after checkout.
Shipping Times & Tracking
All orders require 2–5 business days of production time before they are shipped. Your order will be fulfilled and prepared with care during this window prior to handoff to the carrier.
After your order has been processed and shipped, most deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days depending on your location, carrier route, and current shipping volume. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once the package has been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation. Orders containing two or more items may ship separately and therefore may arrive at different times, with separate tracking updates provided for each shipment. Delivery dates are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delays, Lost Packages & Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or events outside of our control. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery delays or return fees may occur. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery area before reaching out to us for assistance.
